Bro. J.P. Miles Director of Missions Our director began serving Carey Association in October 1996. He had previously pastored six Southern Baptist churches for almost thirty years. His last pastorate was FBC Kentwood, LA from 1986- 1996.

Lynn Dent Ministry Assistant Lynn began serving as the Association's Ministry Assistant in September 1996. She was previously employed as an English and Keyboarding instructor at Delta Tech for twelve years.

Gerri Captain Grace Ministries Before coming to serve as Director of Grace Ministries in March 2001, Gerri worked for the State of Louisiana as the Regional V Outreach/Respite Coordinator where she served at-risk children. She also worked as Family Support Liaison for families with special needs. Serving people is her passion.
